imaginary eyes
guiling sighs and
suggestive tones
green and grey perspectives
blunt mental hones
feet bare
tattered garments
wrought hair
before me bearing truth
the real the warm
and it embraced me
nursed me to health
ascendance
to the rhythyms of the earth
awareness of the heavens
passions of the flesh
and ambitions of the mind
all that makes me as Him
Clinical Aftermath
absence
a voided abyss
Where life once was
distorted tomb
silence
violence to secrecy
forgotten
aborted womb
soon thoughts consume
a heart
lost beats purposeless
existance never fullfilled
running on fumes
inanimate animations
humerous irony
satirical cartoons
oceans of emotions
notions from love potions
life shaken
a fetus never stirred
breathless
still
cold
a voided abyss
Where life once was
distorted tomb
silence
violence to secrecy
forgotten
aborted womb
soon thoughts consume
a heart
lost beats purposeless
existance never fullfilled
running on fumes
inanimate animations
humerous irony
satirical cartoons
oceans of emotions
notions from love potions
life shaken
a fetus never stirred
breathless
still
cold
fallen cast out and jaded
faded to black consumed by
white walls stalls nd force
push pull
the petty vs the irrelevant
material manifestations sweet nothings
cover the bitter somethings that reality is comprised of
push the envelope...Will it bend...fall over
faded to black consumed by
white walls stalls nd force
push pull
the petty vs the irrelevant
material manifestations sweet nothings
cover the bitter somethings that reality is comprised of
push the envelope...Will it bend...fall over
Pen'D Poem: Feb 17 - 23
''Come Be my Beautiful Bride''
The arms of Christ are ever open-wide,
calling us to run to His bleeding side,
away from worldly woes and tide...
come oh sinner, be my beautiful bride.
The ways of Christ are narrow not wide
enough to host those who can only decide
to quit sinning, knowing that Christ died,
to call sinners...come be my beautiful bride.
calling us to run to His bleeding side,
away from worldly woes and tide...
come oh sinner, be my beautiful bride.
The ways of Christ are narrow not wide
enough to host those who can only decide
to quit sinning, knowing that Christ died,
to call sinners...come be my beautiful bride.
The will of God is to give a gentle guide,
to those who will in Christ alone abide;
in His eternal home they will at last reside,
come oh sinners, be His Beautiful bride.
